4. Payment Terms

Projects are milestone-based. You are invoiced only after delivery and approval of each milestone.

By making a payment, you confirm you are authorized and agree to the project terms.

Charges may appear as BOOLEAN DIGITAL LLC on your bank statement.

 

4.5 Payment Due Date

 

Invoices must be paid within 15 days. Late payments may result in delays or service suspension.

 

5. Pricing & Scope Changes

 

All pricing is agreed before work begins. Any change in scope may result in:

• Revised agreement

 

6. Delivery of Services

All deliverables are shared via:

• Email
• Google Drive
• Live links

 

6.2 Delivery Timelines

 

Timelines depend on project scope and are defined in your agreement.

 

6.3 Delays

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Late client feedback
• Missing content
• Third-party issues

 

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements
• Share content and assets on time
• Respond promptly
• Review and approve deliverables

Failure to do so may cause delays or additional charges.

 

 

8. Revisions & Modifications

Revisions are included within the agreed scope.

• Minor revisions → included
• Out-of-scope changes → extra charges
• Major direction changes → new agreement required

 

9. Acceptance of Deliverables

 

Deliverables are considered accepted if no feedback is received within 5 business days.

 

After acceptance, additional work may be charged separately.

 

 

10. Intellectual Property

 

10.1 Ownership Transfer

 

Ownership is transferred only after full payment is received.

 

Until then, all work remains property of Boolean Digital LLC.

 

10.2 Third-Party Tools

 

Third-party tools follow their own licensing terms.

 

 

11. Refunds & Cancellations

 

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

• Approved milestones → non-refundable
• Undelivered work → partial refund possible

 

We always prioritize resolving issues through revisions first.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

 

15. Service Availability

We aim for reliability but do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free service
• Third-party platform stability

 

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are not completed
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected

 

17. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities
• Fraudulent practices

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri.
