By making a payment, you confirm that:

Charges will appear on your bank or card statement as “BOOLEAN DIGITAL LLC” (or a similar variation). You agree to recognize this descriptor and contact us for any billing inquiries.

 

4.5 Non-Payment

 

Failure to complete required payments may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of work

  • Delayed delivery

  • Termination of services without liability

 

5. Pricing & Scope Changes

 

  • All pricing is agreed upon before work begins

  • Any changes in scope requested by the Client may:

    • Result in additional charges

    • Extend delivery timelines

  • Significant changes may require a revised agreement

 

6. Delivery of Services

All deliverables are provided electronically via:

  • Email

  • Cloud storage platforms (e.g., Google Drive)

  • Live deployment links or dashboards

 

6.2 Delivery Timelines

 

Estimated timelines:

  • Websites: 2–4 weeks

  • Mobile applications: 4–12 weeks

  • Custom software: varies based on complexity

 

6.3 Delays

 

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Scope complexity

  • Client responsiveness

  • Technical dependencies

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Client inaction or delayed feedback

  • Missing content or approvals

  • Third-party service disruptions

 

7. Client Responsibilities

 

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete requirements

  • Supply all necessary content, assets, and credentials

  • Respond to communications in a timely manner

  • Review and approve deliverables promptly

Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays or additional costs.

 

8. Revisions & Modifications

 

  • Revisions are provided as defined in the agreed scope

  • Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges

  • Major changes may require a new agreement or pricing structure

 

9. Acceptance of Deliverables

 

Deliverables will be considered accepted if:

  • No written feedback or issue is reported within 5 business days of delivery

After acceptance:

  • Further changes may be treated as new work

  • Additional charges may apply

 

10. Intellectual Property

 

10.1 Ownership Transfer

 

  • Full ownership of deliverables is transferred to the Client only after full payment is received

  • Until full payment, all work remains the property of Boolean Digital LLC

 

10.2 Third-Party Tools

 

  • Any third-party software, plugins, or tools are subject to their respective licenses and terms

 

11. Refunds & Cancellations

Key principles include:

  • No refunds once work has commenced

  • Partial refunds may apply to undelivered milestones

  • Refunds are not issued for completed work

 

12. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Project deliverables

  • Payment confirmations

13. No Guarantee of Results

14. Limitation of Liability
