REFUND POLICY

At Boolean Digital LLC, we are committed to delivering measurable results and a transparent client experience. Our services are project-based and structured around clearly defined milestones, each with agreed deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria.

This policy explains how payments, revisions, and resolutions are handled throughout our engagement.

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

 

2. Milestone-Based Delivery Model

 

All projects are scoped and executed in structured phases, or milestones. Each milestone includes a defined set of deliverables that are reviewed and formally approved by the client before the next phase begins.

Invoices are issued upon successful delivery and client approval of each milestone. This model ensures clients only pay for work that has been completed, reviewed, and accepted.

 

3. Client Approval & Satisfaction

 

Before a milestone is marked complete, clients are given the opportunity to review all deliverables against the agreed scope, request revisions within scope at no additional cost, and raise any concerns before issuing approval.

Once a client formally approves a milestone and the corresponding invoice is settled, that phase is considered complete and the associated payment is final.

 

4. Revision Policy

 

Each milestone includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, we will revise it at no additional charge.

Revision requests must be submitted in writing and reference the specific deliverable and scope items involved. Requests outside the agreed project scope may require a change order.

 

5. Refund Eligibility

 

5.1 Undelivered or Incomplete Work

 

If Boolean Digital LLC is unable to deliver an agreed milestone or fails to meet the core scope of that milestone, the client may request a partial credit or refund limited to the undelivered portion of that milestone.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the scheduled milestone delivery date.

 

5.2 Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

 

Any verified duplicate or erroneous transactions will be refunded in full. Please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date if you believe an error has occurred.

 

6. Non-Refundable Work

 

Given the custom, time-intensive nature of our services, the following are not eligible for refunds:

Approved milestones

Work completed and delivered in line with the agreed scope

Client changes after approved delivery

Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide materials or approvals

 

7. Project Cancellation

 

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. All milestones formally approved before cancellation are billable and non-refundable.

Work in progress at the time of cancellation will be assessed and billed based on the percentage of the milestone completed.

 

8. Hosting & Subscription Services

 

Upon completion and launch of your project, an annual hosting subscription fee applies to maintain your site’s performance, security, and uptime.

Hosting fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. Clients wishing to discontinue hosting services must provide 30 days’ written notice before renewal.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

 

We are committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us before initiating any third-party process.

10. Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of written approval. Posting times may vary depending on your financial institution.
